I am unable to get on the Navigator App with my Samsung Note 9 phone. This phone works perfectly for other applications and I don’t understand why it won’t work for this. The Have it All pkg wifi access is no good to me and I can’t keep in touch with my friends on board or at home.
Hi Dale, you should have no problem with the Navigator App. If you are currently onboard, please visit guest services and they can find someone to assist. You might simply need to delete and reinstall the app. We apologize for this inconvenience.
This post is misleading. As the 3rd person paying for the Have It All package does not get the WiFi!

If we are sailing on a Sunday, the Covid testing can be done on Thursday? I am counting day one as Thursday to Friday, then Friday to Saturday, Saturday to Sunday. Can you confirm my understanding? Also, is there onboard testing required for Canada stop? Still confused on that.

1.) Husband and I are booked for Oct 8th departure on Nieuw Amsterdam for 17-day full transit cruise through Panama Canal– we are vaccinated against Covid with 3 doses: the two-shot series plus one booster given February this year. We have no risk factors health-wise. Does this suffice?
2.) We know that we need the covid test up to 72-hours beforehand. Is this up to 72 hours prior to ship’s departure which is 17:00, or is this up to 72 hours before anticipated arrival to board?
3.) What time does boarding begin on the 8th of October?
I have booked and paid for “Have it ALL” for two persons, but it is not mentioned anywhere on the HAL website.
My booking agent assures me that all is OK, but there is no trace of it on the HAL website.

With the Have It All dining in Tamarind and Pinnacle, can you order anthing off of the menu (including two appetizers and/or entrees and desserts)-as you can in the dining room, or is each diner limited to one selection from each section (one Appetizer, one Entree, and one Dessert) It is not clear on any of the sites I found. I just booked the have it all package for our late July departure. I am only seeing the shore excursion credit and the fine dining credit on my account both online and in the navigator app. There are three of us in two separate staterooms with two booking numbers and its not showing on the other either. I assume it will show up eventually?
Does the all inclusive plan include gratuities normally payable at the end of the cruise for cruise appreciation. So the Have It All package is just one night of dining for two people (paid for 2). 15 drinks per day for the duration of the cruise and one excursion each correct? So if we want to dine in one of the restaurants we have to pay for that out of pocket for the duration of the cruise minus our ONE meal ticket….this is how I understand the verbiage.

I am interested in the 74 day Grand South America and Antarctica Voyage cruise. Does it have excursions to Antarctica? I am trying to compare it to the Cunard 78 day cruise to finalize my decision.

Is the “Have it all” available for this cruise ?
We have booked a have it all for this coming November on your newest ship The Rotterdam, heading to the Caribbean. We really wanted to celebrate our back to cruising adventure, neither my wife nor I are big drinkers but I do like a good whiskey from time to time and felt this was a great deal for casual drinkers like us. Is there somewhere I can find out what Liquors are stocked in in the bars and do all bars carry the same bottles of Bourbon and Whiskey? I also like a port wine with my dinner (dessert) does Holland America carry any Ports or fortified wine? and lastly are the specialty coffee shops included in the Drink package?
We have already booked have it all cruise in 2020 for 31 day Panama /South America line 2022 ,will we get the new terms of 300 dollars per person for shore excursions 3 special meals and wifi
