A full-ship charter provides exclusive access to the entire ship and complete personalization to suit your needs. Your dedicated Charter Account Manager serves as the liaison between you and the onboard team during the planning process. Once on board, our Event Coordinator will help guide your program to fruition.

Event Spaces, Activities & Experiences

Your dedicated Charter Account Manager will serve as a liaison between you and the onboard team. Your group will enjoy full access to Holland America’s onboard facilities and activities — from Fitness Center classes and “Cake Me Away” dessert events to regional wine or whiskey tastings.
Host a meeting or conference with the Onboard Event Services Department.

Event Spaces

Craft the ideal onboard experience for your charter cruise. Customize meeting rooms to accommodate gatherings of up to 125 attendees or host an event in our onboard bars and lounges. The Lido Deck’s retractable roof ensures that events can proceed rain or shine and the area around the outdoor Sea View Pool is the ideal spot for alfresco gatherings. Capacities listed in the tables are approximate and may vary by ship and configuration.
