Atlantic Coast featuring with Jacques Torres
Jacques Torres, iconic chocolatier and pastry chef, joins a mesmerizing cruise up the Atlantic Coast beginning April 18, 2023. Torres is a James Beard and co-host of the hit show “Nailed It.” His Chocolate Surprise featured on this itinerary is out of this world.
Great Alaska featuring Andy Matsuda
Chef and Culinary Council member Andy Matsuda joins an Alaska voyage departing May 7, 2023. He leads the delectable sushi offered at Nami Sushi, Tamarind and Lido Market. He also teaches aspiring chefs about Japanese cuisine. Try his Seared Albacore Tuna and Fried Soft-Shell Crab at Nami Sushi.
The Northern Isles With Rudi Sodamin
Depart June 18, 2023 and uncover the fairytale landscapes of the Northern Isles with master chef and Culinary Council Chairman, Rudi Sodamin. Rudi’s Sel de Mere is his seafood brasserie.
