One of the most interesting trends in the Buenos Aires restaurant scene is closed-door restaurants. They are not actually restaurants at all -- they are intimate dinners served in the home of the chefs, or in an exclusive private club. The idea is to create an environment that is fresh, exclusive and familiar all at the same time. It feels a bit like having dinner in the home of a friend, but with dazzling, gourmet cuisine.

Exclusively for Holland America Line guests, dinner will be served at the Bajollave closed-door restaurant. It's located on the 4th floor in an apartment that used to be a private residence, where the owner will host you.

After your dining adventure, experience a marvelously entertaining tango show at one of the most iconic tango theatres in Buenos Aires. This is a spectacular presentation of the acclaimed, popular and sensuous tango -- the dance that is 'a vertical expression of a horizontal desire'. Drinks are served as the tango is performed by professionals whose skills, timing, passion and stamina will leave you breathless. You'll be amazed by the intensity and precision of the dancers, singers and live orchestra as they take you on exquisitely choreographed journey through Argentina's most celebrated dance.

After the show, dance your way back to the coach for the short ride back to the pier
