Fresh Grapefruit Not a Cosmo

Glass:    Martini Glass

1/8^th       Grapefruit Wedge

1 Each   Lime Wedge

1.0 oz    Cranberry

1.5 oz    Fresh Sour

1.5 oz    Soda Water

Garnish: Grapefruit Zest

Instructions: Muddle lime wedge and grapefruit wedge in a mixing tin. Shake with ice and strain into the glass. Top with soda water.

Fresh Sour: Equal parts fresh lemon juice and simple syrup.

Cool as a Cucumber

Glass:    Strahl / Crosshatched Highball Glass

3 Each   Thin slices of cucumber

1 Each   Large handful of fresh mint sprigs

1 Each   Lime Wedge

2.5 oz    Fresh Sour

1.5 oz    Soda Water

Garnish: Cucumber Slice

Fresh Sour: Equal parts fresh lemon juice and simple syrup.

1 Each   Orange Slice

2 Each   Lime Wedge

2.5 oz    Fresh Sour

3.0 oz    Soda Water

Fresh Sour: Equal parts fresh lemon juice and simple syrup.

Instructions: Muddle 1 orange slice and 2 lime wedges in a mixing tin. Add ice, shake and pour into the glass. Top with soda water.
