90 days before Embark: Beyond booking

Review passport validity and that you have all required visas and proof of applicable immunizations

Organize pre and post cruise travel arrangements (hotel, car, flights, train, etc.)

Visit your doctor and request updated prescriptions that will last the length of the sailing as well as anti-nausea medications that you may need

60 days before Embark: Pick your pleasures

Enhance your cruise with special indulgences. C’mon, you deserve it.

Book shore excursions early as spots fill up quickly and are only available for purchase online until three days prior to sailing. Contact World Cruise Reservations at 1-800-522-3399 or 1-206-626-7353

Book any Spa Services at the Greenhouse Spa & Salon

Make reservations for any specialty dining as well as any gifts and amenities such as Cabana Rentals or Signature Beverage Packages

30 days before Embark: Get acquainted

Don’t waste time on board with practicalities- be in the know before you set sail.

Register your valuables with Customs

Arrange any health screenings that need to be completed prior to embark, such as Covid testing

Get to know your ship — view our deck plans to learn about the opulent venues you will experience on board

7 days before Embark: Manage Your Info

It’s so close you can feel the warm sunshine on your face- but take a few minutes to protect yourself while you are traveling. 

Download any other apps you may need while travelling such as rideshare services, or map apps

Request the post office hold your mail and stop deliveries or ensure a trusted friend or family member will be collecting it

Alert banks and/or credit card as well as home alarm companies that you are traveling abroad

Make copies of your passport, airline e-ticket itineraries, traveler’s checks, and credit cards. Keep a copy with you for your records and leave a copy of them with a family member or friend at home

Distribute the ship’s emergency contact information to friends and relatives

3 days before Embark: Almost time to leave  

Are you ready for the trip of a lifetime? 

Finalize any necessary health screenings, including your Covid-19 test

Complete Online Check-In and Health Questionnaire

Print Boarding Pass

Place a card with your name and address both on the inside and outside of your luggage

Pack all necessary prescription and over-the-counter medications (e.g., Tylenol® or Imodium®) you may need in original container(s) and keep in your carry-on luggage during transit

Ensure that all health documentation, including a list of any prescriptions taken as well as any insurance information, is packed in your carry-on luggage

Verify that your identification and all travel tickets, including airline tickets, information about transfer arrangements, and boarding passes are in your carry-on bag

Call your airline before your initial flight departure (24 hours for domestic flights/ 72 hours for international flights) to verify all the flight numbers, and departure and arrival times shown on your ticket

Plan to be at the airline counter at least two hours before flight time for domestic flights and three hours before flight time for international flights
