Our cuisine goes beyond the plate with this new, first-of-its-kind Global Fresh Fish Program, offering more than 80 varieties of fresh fish sourced locally from across our worldwide network. With more fresh fish and ingredients native to the places we visit, our dining experiences tell the story of each region through its unique flavors.

We’re thrilled to announce world-renowned Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto as our Global Fresh Fish Ambassador! This exciting new partnership reflects our shared commitment to culinary excellence. Chef Morimoto will bring his innovative flair to curated menu items in our Dining Room as well as an upcoming pop-up restaurant on board.
