Christmas Eve Dinner in the Dining Room: Traditional international dishes from around the globe are the star of the Christmas Eve Dinner menu in the Dining Room. Start with Strawberry Pineapple Passionfruit from the Caribbean, Salmon and Shrimp sampler from Scandinavia, Thai Crab Cakes from Asia, Pumpkin and Apples Soup from the United States, Gazpacho from Spain, or a Caesar Salad from Mexico.
Main Course selections include Crackling Pork Belly from Norway, Butternut Roasted Squash from Italy, Maple Glazed Artic Char form Canada, Toasted Striploin Beef from England, Roasted Goose from Austria, Creole Jambalaya from the United States or Eggplant Parmigiana with wild Mushroom Risotto from the Mediterranean. The Christmas Eve menu also will feature two new Morimoto dishes: Red Miso Snapper and Lobster 2 Way for an extra fee.
End with a dessert of Chocolate Yule Log from France, Kiwi Passion Pavlova from Australia, Southern Pecan Pie from the United States, or a cherry-almond Bread Pudding from Canada.
Christmas Day Dinner in Dining Room: Start with Shrimp Martini; chilled Lychee and Kiwi wedges; Prosciutto and spiced Roasted Persimmon; Lobster and Crab Calypso Dip; Chicken and Wild Rice Soup; Chilled Pineapple and Cucumber Soup; Nutcracker salad; or a Classic Caesar Salad. Main course selections include Four Cheese Tortellini; Roasted Christmas Turkey; Honey-Backed Ham; Beef tenderloin and beer battered shrimp; Halibut with Red beet reduction; Mascarpone soft polenta; New York Strip Steak; Garlic Herb roasted Chicken; Apricot Glazed Salmon and Pinnacle Grill Boneless Ribeye. Morimoto’s Red Miso Snapper or Morimoto’s Lobster 2 Way are available for an extra fee.
End with a dessert of Traditional English Plum Pudding; Jacques Torres White Chocolate Snowman; Pumpkin Tart; Key Lime Mouse Éclair or Santa Sundae.
