Sit back, relax and enjoy the colorful scenery as you travel through lush countryside on your way to Torremolinos.
Upon arrival at the equestrian center you will be welcomed by the riding monitors, who will introduce you to the Andalusian horses and enjoy an interesting visit of the horse center. Before heading for the hills, there will be a short briefing to explain the route and riding techniques. The saddles are Spanish style which means they have long stirrups and the bridle is without a bite, the reins are very easy to use; they are held in one hand making your riding style very relaxed and comfortable. During the tour several stops will be made to ensure you capture the full beauty of the landscape and short explanations will be given about the flora, fauna, sights and sounds. After all that fresh country air, what better way to end you riding experience than to tuck into some Andalusian snack.
Notes:
The saddles are Spanish style with long stirrups and a bridle without a bit. Wear long pants. Sturdy, closed-toe shoes are mandatory. Wear sunscreen. Maximum weight is 220 lbs. Minimum age is 14 years. Minimum height is 2 feet. Absolute beginners may be accompanied individually by a staff member during the trail ride. The horses will only walk; no trotting or galloping.
