Adventure to Hana

Approximately 9¾ Hours
Moderate Activity  Meal

Travel the famous Hana Road to an isolated region between the eastern slopes of Haleakala and the Pacific Ocean. Your drive along the famous 30 miles of narrow, winding road offers views of rugged coastline and of areas that have produced taro, bananas, and yams for hundreds of years. This is a glimpse of old Hawaii.

You'll stop at the Seven Sacred Pools along the way, and visit the grave of the world-renowned aviator Charles Lindbergh.

Visit the village of Hana itself. You might choose to eat your boxed lunch here, or elsewhere along the route.

After the tour, there is an optional drop-off at Hilo Hattie's for shopping back in Lahaina.

Notes:

The route will be winding and bumpy; guests who suffer from motion sickness should consider this before booking and/or take appropriate medication. Not suitable for guests who suffer from back problems, or for pregnant women. In inclement weather, this tour may not be able to make the complete circle.
