Love cruising. Several times a year. But my perspective is a bit different. My last cruise, aboard Holland America… I gained no weight. I now look at a cruise as a form of “health spa” outing. I carefully watch the diet (even w/ the drink pkg)… exercise hours (includes pool exercise, and walking the various ports) daily… and only then, secondarily, let my hair down for casino, entertainment, etc. With this perspective, time permitting, I believe I could cruise an entire year… and step off the ship in better shape than I boarded.
