Canada Suspends Cruise Season Until July 1, 2020

We are aware that this morning it was announced that effective today, Transport Canada has suspended the cruise season across Canada until July 1, 2020.

We will be evaluating our Alaska and Canada & New England cruises scheduled within this time frame and when more information is available we will share it.

Guests booked on these cruises in May and June are kindly asked to not call our reservations center for more information as we do not have it at this time.

Due to significant call volume we are doing our best to manage long hold times for those with bookings in the next few weeks. We greatly appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

My friends and I are scheduled for NE Canada cruise on Zaandam on June 6-13. We are all in our 80’s and need to know if this is canceled especially due to illness on Zaandam

I’m disappointed that HA won’t post my comments. Transport Canada has shut down all cruises until July 1 and HA won’t cancel any of the Alaska cruises departing in May or June since the Port of Vancouver is closed. What is the story?
