This November, Holland America Line guests will be the first in the world to experience a groundbreaking new production at sea: Fosse & Verdon: The Duet That Changed Broadway.

In partnership with entertainment leader RWS Global and The Verdon Fosse Legacy®, Holland America Line is debuting an original tribute to the artistry of Bob Fosse and Gwen Verdon — two icons whose creative partnership forever changed the language of dance, storytelling, and Broadway itself.

Launching aboard Koningsdam in November 2025, Fosse & Verdon: The Duet That Changed Broadway brings the duo’s signature style to the international stage for the very first time. The show pairs dazzling live performances with never-before-seen archival footage and audio projected on a sweeping 270° surround screen.

Guests will be transported through some of Broadway’s most legendary moments, revisiting iconic works such as Damn Yankees, Sweet Charity, Cabaret, and Chicago.

In collaboration with The Verdon Fosse Legacy®, original choreography has been carefully reconstructed and reimagined by choreographers Dylis Croman and Alyssa Epstein, ensuring each number captures the unmistakable magic of Fosse’s movement and Verdon’s artistry. Powerful vocalists bring the unforgettable music of these productions to life, weaving together a theatrical journey that feels both fresh and timeless.

For those craving cultural flair, our new regional soloist program brings authentic sounds from around the world: folk guitar in Alaska, steel pan in the Caribbean, and even a traditional German Oom-Pah band when stopping in Warnemünde (Berlin).

By early September, over half of Holland America’s ships will unveil a wonderful tradition: the classic Cruise Director. Now returning as the charismatic host of your entire voyage is the Cruise Director, supported by an Assistant Cruise Director and a top-tier entertainment team. Guests can expect a lively onboard atmosphere filled with hands-on classes, cooking demonstrations, tastings, game shows, and themed parties, and more, all brought to life by the Cruise Director’s energy and personality.
