How can I make a payment on my cruise?

Answer: You can make a payment by logging into your Holland America Line account and selecting Make a Payment. On the Make a Payment page, you’ll have the option to pay the minimum amount due or pay the remaining balance.

If you have booked through a travel advisor or agent, please follow up with them.

Accepted debit/credit card payment types include:

  • American Express
  • VISA
  • MasterCard
  • Discover
  • JCB
  • UnionPay
  • Diners Club

Please note: Service fees apply to credit card transactions made in Australian Dollars (AU$). There is no fee for Visa Debit or Mastercard Debit card transactions. Service fees are subject to change and will be advised at time of payment.

How to make a payment via wire transfer:

If you'd like to send a wire transfer instead of use a credit card, use the wire transfer information provided below. Then please email proof of payment to the email address provided; this ensures your payment is properly received and applied.

Guests booked through a Travel Advisor must make payment through their managing agency. Guests booked directly with Holland America Line who are unable to make payment via Credit or Debit card may use BPAY*: BPAY Details.

*Note: BPAY payments can take up to 3 business days to process and bookings remain subject to cancellation until funds are received and applied to a booking. If payment is due within 3 business days please use a Credit or Debit card to make an instant payment and protect your booking from cancellation.
