New Seafood Dishes by Ethan Stowell

Featured in the Dining Room on all Alaska cruises this season, guest can enjoy three new delectable dishes designed by Master Chef and Culinary Council® member Ethan Stowell. Savor an Alaskan salmon chop with cucumber, tomato, avocado, a roasted fennel-crusted Alaska halibut, and a fried Alaska cod sandwich with malt vinegar aioli.
