ELC is a national organization comprised of current and former African-American CEOs and senior executives at Fortune 500 and equivalent companies. For more than 25 years, the ELC has worked to build an inclusive business leadership pipeline and to empower African-American corporate leaders to make significant and impactful contributions in the global marketplace and their communities.

With more than 500 members, one-third of them women, In 2011, the ELC aligned around its five-year strategic goals to increase the number of African Americans serving in CEO positions and those one and two levels below by a net addition of at least one per Fortune 500 company and to increase the number of seats held by African Americans on the boards of publicly traded companies by 200. These aspirations will help advance innovation and the competitiveness of corporations, ensuring the long-term success of communities by bringing diverse thinking to the decision-making table.

HACR's mission is to advance the inclusion of Hispanics in Corporate America at a level commensurate with our economic contributions. To that end, HACR focuses on four areas of corporate responsibility and market reciprocity: Employment, Procurement, Philanthropy, and Governance.

The HACR Research Institute (Institute) is the research arm of HACR. The Institute is devoted to objective research, analysis, and publication of Hispanic-related issues in Corporate America. The Institute primarily focuses its research on HACR’s four pillars.

With a focus on leadership and executive education, HACR offers programs targeted at Fortune 500 board members, senior management leaders, and young, high potential executives. The HACR Annual Symposium features an array of panels and conversations, with some of our community’s most prominent subject matter experts.

Founded in 1980, the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) advocates on behalf of LGBT Americans, mobilizes grassroots actions in diverse communities, invests strategically to elect fair-minded individuals to office and educates the public about LGBT issues.

The HRC is America's largest civil rights organization working to achieve lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender equality. By inspiring and engaging all Americans, HRC strives to end discrimination against LGBT citizens and realize a nation that achieves fundamental fairness and equality for all.

The HRC logo is one of the most recognizable symbols of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community. It has become synonymous with the fight for equal rights for LGBT Americans. The logo – unveiled in the fall of 1995 — helped usher in a new era for the organization, which had previously been known as the Human Rights Campaign Fund. The new name and logo reflected the wider goals and influence of the organization, which grew in strength to now spread the message of equality to every corner of the country.

Envisioned as a vehicle to develop future leaders, LEAP is a national nonprofit organization whose mission is to achieve full participation and equality for Asian and Pacific Islanders (APIs) through leadership, empowerment, and policy. With 34 years of experience, LEAP has delivered over 2,700 leadership development programs, workshops, and presentations to over 125,000 participants across the country.
