Leaving Penneshaw, travel to the Flinders Chase Visitor Centre for a brief stop and an introduction to the island that challenges all the assumptions you may have made about the state of South Australia.
Continue to the Remarkable Rocks — an impressive formation encapsulating the region's geological history.
Next up is the Cape du Couedic Lighthouse. Take photos here before heading down the hill to Admirals Arch. This is one of the island's most popular visitor attractions.
At Kangaroo Island Wildlife Park, spend some time exploring and getting acquainted with some of the wildlife native to Kangaroo Island.
Heading back to Penneshaw, you'll stop at spectacular Pennington Bay for a light lunch consisting of a fresh salad, cake and juice.
