Answer: Yes. For your comfort and convenience, we offer full laundry and dry cleaning service on each ship in the Holland America Line fleet. You can send your clothing to the laundry on board for a fee. In your *stateroom, you will find laundry bags and price lists conveniently located in the closet.

For full-service laundry, eco-friendly dry cleaning and pressing (excluding Neptune and Pinnacle Suites) there are two types of service:

• Regular Service: items received by 9 AM will be returned the next day
• Express Service: items received by 9 AM will be returned the same day (a 50% surcharge applies)
  • There is no surcharge for pressing only

For Neptune Suite and Pinnacle Suite laundry service:

• Guests in suites are offered complimentary laundry service, eco-friendly dry cleaning and pressing
• Laundry items are returned within 24 hours

Laundry Packages

Laundry packages are available to purchase on the Holland America Line website for all standard voyages. Log in to your My Account and go to your cruise booking where you can shop for a laundry package in the Packages category.

• Laundry packages are returned 48 hours after processing. This is valid until two days before the end of the cruise
• Laundry packages do not include dry cleaning

Guests can purchase a laundry package per room and send laundry for all occupants of that room only.

*Please note that for safety reasons, travel irons, steamers, and electric water heaters/kettles may not be used in your stateroom.
