TODAY Morning Show Gives 20 Deserving Moms a Holland America Line Alaska Cruise
TODAY celebrated deserving mothers this Friday, May 6 ahead of Mother’s Day, with an extra special surprise from Holland America Line. During the 8 a.m. hour, one of America’s favorite morning shows invited 20 amazing women to its iconic plaza at 30 Rockefeller to highlight and reward their many accomplishments.

From a mother/daughter nurse duo working to run a rural clinic in Tennessee to a mother/daughter police officer team focused on community policing in Louisiana, the stories showcased true ‘heroes’ across the country. At the end of the segment, and donning captain hats for the occasion, the TODAY team surprised all the mothers on the plaza with an opportunity to get up close to Alaska with a seven-day cruise to Alaska from Holland America Line and roundtrip airfare from partner Alaska Airlines.

And mom won’t simply eat seafood, she’ll taste the salmon she caught that day and have it prepared by Holland America Line chefs.
