The first thing you’ll notice is a soaring sculptural tulip that rises through the room — the centerpiece of the venue and a fitting symbol of Dutch identity. Tulips have been woven into the fabric of Dutch culture for centuries, and in Bar 1873, the tulip becomes architectural: elegant, striking, and unmistakably Holland America.
