Contest: Celebrating 150 Years of Sailing
From ship to ship and sea to sea, we’re celebrating our anniversary! In honor of 150 years of sailing, we invite you to join the fun. Celebrate with us through our 150th Anniversary Poster Contest!
The Highlights
- Contest begins Feb. 15, 2023, and ends on March 15, 2023.
- Use your personal Facebook or Instagram account to participate.
- Create an original poster design by hand and/or using graphic design programs, celebrating our 150th Anniversary. Your contest entry must be in color and contain the words “Holland America Line” and “150th Anniversary.”
- Submit your contest entry via Facebook or Instagram, but not both. Only one entry can be submitted during the contest.
- A panel of judges will select one winner, and Holland America Line will notify them on or around March 22, 2023, via the company’s official Facebook or Instagram accounts.
- The Grand Prize: An Alaska cruise, sailing by Sept. 28, 2024, for the winner and eligible guest.
Submitting Your Contest Entry via Facebook
- Follow Holland America Line on Facebook.
- Locate the official contest post by Holland America Line.
- Take a photo of your contest entry and post it as a comment to the company’s original contest post. Your entry must comply with all contest rules.*
- Though your Facebook account does not need to be public, you must keep the same Facebook account during the contest, and until the prize is awarded, to be eligible.
Submitting Your Contest Entry via Instagram
- Follow @hollandamericaline on Instagram.
- Take a photo of your contest entry and post it on Instagram with #HollandAmerica150Contest within the caption of your original post. Instagram Stories and Instagram posts where the hashtag is included in a comment rather than the caption of the original post will not be deemed entries. Your entry must comply with all contest rules.*
- You must not change your Instagram handle once you have posted your contest entry, and until the prize is awarded, to be eligible.
- Your Instagram account settings must remain public until the prize is awarded.
