We asked Holland America Line’s Facebook fans to name their favorite cocktails found onboard, and the results were diverse. Here are the top five mentioned drinks and their recipes so you can make them at home.
WANG WANG
Glass:
Pint glass
Ingredients:
.25 oz rum
.25 oz vodka
.25 oz gin
.25 oz tequila
.25 oz Scotch
.25 oz Burbon
.25 oz brandy
1.5 oz orange juice
1.5 pineapple juice
dash of grenadine
Garnish:
Orange slice and cherry
Directions:
Fill pint glass with ice. Pour the ingredients into the pint glass and pack with ice. Top if off with a dash of grenadine. Add the garnish of the orange slice and cherry.

BLUE GLACIER MARTINI
Glass:
Martini glass
Ingredients:
2 lemon wedges
1.5 oz vodka
.25 oz Blue Curacao
1.5 oz sour mix
Garnish:
Lemon wedge
Half sugar rim
Directions:
In a cocktail shaker, hand press the lemon wedges with muddler. Pack with ice to the top, then shake and strain into a martini glass. Rim half of the glass with sugar and add lemon wedge.

Glass:
Pint glass
Ingredients:
2 orange wedges
1.5 oz vanilla rum
1 oz sour mix
2 oz orange juice
1 oz soda
Directions:
In a cocktail shaker, hand press the orange wedges with muddler. Pack with ice to the top and shake & strain into a pint glass.

Martini glass
Ingredients:
2 lemon wedges
1.5 oz vodka
.5 oz triple sec
1.5 oz sour mix
Garnish:
Lemon wedge
Directions:
In a cocktail shaker, hand press the lemon wedges with muddler. Pack with ice to the top and shake & strain into a sugar rimmed martini glass. Garnish with lemon wedge.

Old fashioned
Ingredients:
2 orange wedges
1.5 oz gin
.5 oz sweet vermouth
.5 oz Campari
1 oz soda
Garnish:
A strip of lemon zest
Directions:
In a cocktail shaker, hand press orange wedge with a muddler. Pack with ice to the top and add all other ingredients. Shake & pour into an old fashioned glass with a strip of lemon zest for garnish.

In 2016, on the Eurodam, in the Crows Nest, we found our favorite. I believe it was called an Anchor Drop; cinnamon sugar rim not sure what was in it. Anyone know?
On our recent Noordam Double Denali, I had several of the Mariner cocktails. Loved them. Light, refreshing. Can I get the recipe? All I remember is Elderflower liqueur and Prosecco.
