We received this nice note from recent guests aboard Zuiderdam.

I had written previously that we were expecting a wonderful cruise on Zuiderdam. Well, it surpassed all of our expectations. Never has the service on HAL been more attentive without being obtrusive. Your concierges May and Arve were the best ever, and went out of their way to provide that little extra.

Upon our arrival at the pier we found we were missing a suitcase. Once HAL had learned of this with the help of John out front in the terminal, we were whisked away by Angie and told they would take care of the problem. Even before we arrived at our cabin we were informed the luggage had been located and would be delivered … which it was.

We say “Hats Off” to all associated with this company.
