Deck plan symbols are a stateroom symbol legend that shows key differences in amenities, bed setups, and features for specific suites and staterooms.
This legend is here to help you see at glance what every suite and stateroom has to offer, from sleeping arrangements to views, bathrooms, and verandah details. The meanings are consistent across Holland America Line ships, although not every symbol appears on every ship’s deck plan. If you are ready to explore layouts by ship, head to our Cruise Ships page for deck plans across the fleet.
