You’ll visit the Kasbah from the outside, a 775-foot-tall fortress in a commanding position over the Atlantic shoreline.
Agadir is central to the production of argan oil, and the Women's Cooperative of Tighanimine presents an opportunity to watch local women developing this burgeoning industry. Enjoy tea and pastries and purchase some argan oil products if you wish. You'll leave with a small gift bag of product samples.
Notes:
The visit to the cooperative requires climbing one three floors. Wear comfortable walking shoes. Shade is limited; to avoid sunburn, wear light, long clothing suitable for use as a cover-up. Bring a hat and sunglasses, wear biodegradable sunscreen. Bring bottled water. Temperatures can be high. Tour sequence may vary. Do not take photos of military personnel without their consent.
