This adventure takes you hiking through breathtaking scenery, canyoneering through narrow passages, sliding down natural waterslides, and swimming through caverns -- the experience of a lifetime that thrillseekers will remember for a lifetime.
The waterfalls of Rio de Damajagua may well be the Dominican Republic's best-kept secret. You'll head deep into the natural wonder of Damajagua National Park with a 40-minute hike through its beautiful landscape.
Starting at one of the breathtaking upper falls, cool down by sliding into the fresh, sparkling pool of mountain water below the cascade. From there, you make your way down the river by hiking along paths, swimming through caverns, navigating rushing river canyons, and sliding along and down natural rock waterslides. Each of the waterfalls and pools has its own personality, and you'll find yourself celebrating with every waterfall you conquer.
