This kayaking adventure is a beautiful way to explore the watery wonders around St Maarten.
Take a scenic panoramic drive from the pier through Cole Bay to Kim Sha Beach. Your kayak awaits you here on the white sand. Your guide offers a kayaking lesson and safety orientation; then, you'll push off.
Follow your guide at a leisurely pace across the bay and under a bridge into the Simpson Bay Lagoon -- the largest saltwater lagoon in the northeastern Caribbean. Marvel at the magnificent mega-yachts that make St Maarten their winter base. After passing the luxurious marinas, enjoy the peace while learning about the lagoon's complex ecosystem.
After a brief rest stop in this beautiful locale, you'll paddle to Kim Sha Beach for a refreshing beverage and swim before you return to the pier.
