Experienced scuba enthusiasts -- take a dive! On this two-tank reef and wreck dive, a US Coast Guard-inspected power catamaran will take you along the beautiful south shore of St Thomas to a vibrant reef. This dive, normally to a maximum depth of 60 feet, will be followed by a shallower second dive over one of St Thomas' incredible shipwrecks.
Notes:
Minimum age is 16 years with certified credentials and accompanied by a parent or guardian in the water. Participants must know how to swim and be comfortable in the water. Wear your swimsuit under your clothing; bring a towel, reef-safe/biodegradable sunscreen, light clothing to act as a full cover-up for further protection from the sun, and a hat. Guests with a heart condition, epilepsy, diabetes or asthma are not allowed to participate. You must fill out a medical questionnaire, which will be reviewed by the tour operator. Whether or not the operator allows you to participate will depend upon the information provided. To avoid disappointment, please review the medical requirements for diving in advance so that you can ask your physician about clearing any medical issues in writing with a valid medical certificate. Medical certificates are not available from the physician on board the ship. Samples of typical medical questionnaires can be found on the websites of the major dive associations, such as PADI (Professional Association of Dive Instructors) and NAUI (National Association of Underwater Instructors). Wetsuits are available for rental at US$15 per person. Bring your C-card.
