Ride the scenic Skyride to Paradise Point, 700 feet above sea level. This is perhaps the most spectacular view in the Caribbean, over the harbor, cruise ships, the historical downtown area of Charlotte Amalie, and on a clear day, all the way to Vieques, Culebra and St Croix. Excellent photo opportunities are an integral part of this excursion.
The round-trip Skyride takes approximately 15 minutes, leaving plenty of time at the top for relaxing with a Bailey's Bushwacker, lunch (at your own expense) on the spacious observation deck, browsing in the shops, or venturing out onto the New Skywalk.
The Skyride opens at 9 am. Closing time varies. Your ticket is good for unlimited rides all day.
Notes:
Children under 5 years ride free. Participants must negotiate approximately 36 steps. Transportation is not included in the price of this tour. The Skyride is located across the street from Havensight Mall -- a 10- to 15-minute walk from the ship. However, if the ship is docked at Crown Bay, you must take a taxi (approximately $8 each way). Traffic can be unpredictable. Your patience is greatly appreciated. Delays occasionally extend tour duration.
