Choose to visit El Yunque National Rainforest and experience nature and its true beauty. It is the only tropical rain forest in the US National Forest system. A 45-minute drive brings you to a panoramic view of this tropical woodland with its endemic flora.
As you travel over the hills, enjoy several stops that will allow you to experience up close the sounds, scents and view of this captivating ecosystem. You'll also pause briefly at a waterfall.
Each stop allows you free time to explore on your own.
Notes:
This is not a hiking tour and therefore is suitable for all ages. Bring a light raincoat and/or a towel. The stops are unguided, allowing you to explore on your own. The air-conditioning on the coach may be temporarily turned off on steep inclines. Traffic can be unpredictable. The driver will do his/her best to keep moving safely. Your patience is greatly appreciated. Delays occasionally extend tour duration.
