After a short drive from the pier, arrive at Yaaman Adventure Park, where your comfortable two-seater Dune Buggy awaits. After a brief orientation and helmet fitting, get behind the wheel and start your engine for the experience of a lifetime. This is a true wilderness off-roading ride with magnificent scenery, including panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea and tropical Jamaican woodlands covering a 980-acre property.
Next, climb aboard an open-air jitney for a narrated ride through the jungle to the secret river. Here, you will enjoy some free time to relax and rinse off in this serene environment.
Return to the tour center and shop for unique souvenirs. There's also a chance to mingle with and feed dozens of exotic and colorful birds in the large aviary.
Return to the ship in Ocho Rios.
Notes:
Wear closed-toe shoes. Wear your swimsuit under your clothing; bring a towel, reef-safe/biodegradable sunscreen, light clothing to act as a full cover-up for further protection from the sun, and a hat. Your clothes may get muddy, so a change of clothes is recommended. Minimum age is 8 years. Ride will be bumpy. Pregnant women or guests with back or neck conditions are not allowed to participate. Waiver must be signed and medical conditions disclosed. Valid driver’s license is required to drive. Large bags are not recommended as there is limited storage in the buggy; however, lockers are available for rent.
