Enjoy a short scenic drive, in air-conditioned comfort, along Jamaica's beautiful coastline to the world-famous Dunn's River Falls. Dunn's River Falls Park provides guides to assist you as you climb through 600 feet of coolly refreshing water. The falls cascade over natural limestone terraces before plunging into the Caribbean Sea.
At Dolphin Cove, you will meet a beautiful family of bottlenose dolphins. Participate in a brief orientation and then enter the world of nature's most fascinating creatures. Get to know the dolphins as you interact with them on a submerged platform and then in deep water. Experience the thrill of riding the dolphin belly to belly. Dance, sing and watch your new friends, the dolphins, at play.
Enjoy a leisurely walk through the lush tropical jungle.
During your free time, choose from the available options included with your ticket. You may wish to visit Little Port Royal -- a replica of Jamaica's most famous pirate haunt. Keep an eye out for pirates roaming through town. Browse in the extensive gift shops stocked with a wide range of dolphin souvenirs.
View the rambunctious and hilarious shark show (schedules shown at the park) and watch the stingrays in their lagoon as they gracefully glide by.
Sample the world-famous Blue Mountain coffee and liquors at Starbucaneers.
Kayak in shallow waters or simply enjoy the beach and waterslide. The new swimming pool offers a fantastic view.
Notes:
Minimum age is 8 years. Pregnant women are not allowed to participate. Dunn's River Falls are slippery -- guests with heart, neck, back or knee conditions should not attempt to climb them. Jumping from the falls is not permitted. Due to the falls' popularity, you may encounter long lines at the entrance and crowds once inside the falls area. Lockers are available at the falls for a nominal fee. Rubber-soled, closed-toe shoes are required -- aqua shoes can be purchased from your tour guide or bring yours with you. Do not wear sunscreen or jewelry, as these can injure the dolphins' skin. Waiver must be signed and medical conditions disclosed. Wear your swimsuit under your clothing; bring a towel. Bring reef-safe/biodegradable sunscreen to apply after the dolphin encounter, light clothing to act as a full cover-up for further protection from the sun, and a hat. Swim at your own risk. Lockers are available for rent at Dolphin Cove. Leave valuables (such as jewelry) in a secure location on board the ship.
