The villa rental package includes transportation, a harbor tour for six, lounge chairs, a ceiling fan on the second floor and wall fan on the first floor, a power outlet, sofa with coffee table, private bathroom with shower, an extended balcony or patio, wait service, a Bahamian lunch served at the villa, barbecue chicken, fish fingers, peas n' rice and coleslaw, beverages (water, soft drinks, domestic beer, wine, cocktails, island favorites, signature drinks, frozen drinks), chips, cookies, use of snorkel equipment, access to the underwater sculpture park and iguana rock cay, and (on a first-come, first-served basis) use of kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, water mats and a water trampoline.
