The prestigious Clément Plantation nestles in the heart of the sugar cane belt. Clément showcases the techniques and manufacturing process of its famous signature beverage -- agricultural rum. This is a natural product derived from the direct distillation of sugar cane juice, made on the estate since 1917. First and foremost, its story is one of tradition and complete immersion in a devotion to rum.
In the village of Trois Ilets, meet Prisca Morjon -- perhaps the finest chef in Martinique. Under Prisca's tutelage, a full-menu meal (first course, main course, dessert) takes shape, using carefully selected, fresh seasonal produce. Enjoy French West Indian aperitifs, traditional fritters, curries with local vegetables, coconut panacotta, banana tatin, and crumble with local flours. Savor these authentic Creole dishes under the shade of an awning.
