Board an all-weather, high-speed inflatable boat for a very adventurous outing to discover the southern shores of Cozumel. It's an exciting ride visiting two of the most iconic marine parks on the island.
Colombia Reef is perhaps Cozumel's most beautiful reef. Listen to a safety briefing and grab some snorkel gear. Then, an expert guide takes you on a 45-minute first-class snorkeling expedition amid tropical fish, abundant marine life and colorful coral.
Back on board, you're headed to the second site. El Cielo, or "Heaven" in English, is an absolute must-see. Its crystal-clear waters teeming with starfish make it a truly memorable destination to explore. After snorkeling here, head to a shallow sandbar with limpid waters.
A quick dash across the sea brings you to a local beach club. Enjoy a typical Mexican lunch here with a stunning view of the Caribbean Sea.
Notes:
Participants must know how to swim. Snorkeling is from the boat and requires climbing steps to (dis)embark the boat. A degree of agility is required for this. Bring bottled water. Use of sunscreen is prohibited to protect the reef system; wear appropriate UV swimwear to avoid sunburn and bring a hat. Bring light, long clothing suitable for use as a cover-up. Swim at your own risk. Guests who are pregnant or have a heart, respiratory, back or neck condition are not allowed to participate. Restrooms are available at the beach club; there is no restroom on board the boat. Tour operates rain or shine but may be canceled by the tour operator in the event of unsuitable conditions.
