Experience the exciting sport of paddleboarding with a short pre-paid taxi ride to the fabulous Islands Beach Club on the beautiful north side of Cozumel Island.
Expert guides offer instruction; then, you'll set off to enjoy an amazing 45-minute paddle.
Paddleboarding is for everyone -- it's like riding a magic carpet as you move across the sapphire-blue waters of Yucatan, Mexico. Stand, kneel or sit -- it's your choice.
Next, gear up with snorkel equipment (mask, fins and flotation vest) and follow your guide into the island's incredible underwater world for outstanding viewing among clouds of colorful tropical fish.
Stay as long as you wish; transportation back to the ship is available at regular intervals.
Notes:
Food and beverages are available at the beach club (at your own expense). Wear your swimsuit under your clothing; bring a towel, reef-safe/biodegradable sunscreen (no other kind is allowed in the water), light clothing to act as a full cover-up for further protection from the sun, and a hat. Minimum age is 10 years. Maximum weight is 250 lbs. Guests must be able to swim. For safety reasons, pregnant women, guests with knee, back or neck injuries, recent surgery (less than 6 months), heart or respiratory conditions, and guests under any medication that carries a warning of any mental or physical impairment may not participate in this excursion.
