Rendezvous Caye is a 45-minute boat ride from the ship and lies tucked up against the inner side of Belize's barrier reef -- a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Hop into the water surrounding a natural coral island that is a part of the largest living barrier reef in the Western Hemisphere. Lush coral structures and vast marine wildlife make their home here. There are 106 different species of live coral, 500+ species of colorful fish and hundreds of invertebrate species.
This little piece of paradise is one of Belize's most outstanding snorkeling sites. The position of the island provides a sheltered and easy snorkeling experience. Its marine diversity makes Rendezvous Caye an ideal site for both beginners and advanced snorkelers.

Notes:
Minimum age is 8 years. Maximum weight is 250 lbs. Guests who are pregnant or have a heart condition, asthma, diabetes, epilepsy or certain other medical restrictions are not allowed to participate. Wear your swimsuit under your clothing; bring a towel. Swim at your own risk. Shade is limited; to avoid sunburn, wear light, long clothing suitable for use as a cover-up. Bring a hat and sunglasses; wear biodegradable sunscreen. Bring bottled water. Do not touch or step on the coral reef. Bring local currency, as vendors may not accept credit cards or US dollars.
