Enjoy the scenic cruise along the colorful Belize City coastline while your guide points out historical landmarks along the way.
On the Belize River, cruise slowly along the jungle-covered riverbank. Keep a sharp lookout for crocodiles, monkeys, manatees, iguanas, and several colorful bird species. A playful dolphin may come upriver in search of a meal.
You'll learn about some of the Belizean bush medicines used by the Maya for centuries and about some of the tree species and other flora growing along the riverbanks.
Sip a rum or non-alcoholic fruit punch on the way back, accompanied by rhythmic Caribbean music.

Minimum age is 3 years. Not advisable for guests using a wheelchair or for those with mobility limitations. Participants must be able to climb in and out of the boat with limited assistance. Maximum weight is 275 lbs. Wildlife sightings are likely but not guaranteed.
