Step off the ship and into an unforgettable adventure where you'll transfer 15 minutes to the island's wild and windy side. Here, you'll "sail" on land in a three-wheeled blokart (pronounced blow-cart), powered solely by the Caribbean trade winds.
No experience? No problem! Expert instructors will have you confidently sailing in minutes.
You'll spend 10 to 15 minutes going over the basic techniques and tips for sailing confidently. Gear up with a helmet, gloves, and glasses before walking to the pit area. Your guides will adjust the sail to match the current wind conditions, as well as the weight and skill level of the participant.
Hop into your kart. Feel the wind, harness the power, and sail along a private coastal track in your own wind-powered blokart.
Afterward, enjoy a delicious, locally made ice cream in a reusable mold as you relive your sailing experience with professional action shots and video.
Take home a branded water bottle -- a stylish and eco-friendly keepsake -- and shop for quality, eco-friendly souvenirs. Return to the ship via a narrated panoramic drive highlighting Bonaire's stunning landscapes, history, and wildlife, passing flamingo habitat and the scenic waterfront.
