In the Eternal City, you will meet your guide for a walking tour.
In the archaeological sector of Rome, view both the Colosseum and the Roman Forum from the outside.
Walk to the famous Trevi Fountain, where King Neptune's tritons guard the sparkling waters of Rome's most beloved monument.
At the end of your guided tour, savor a typical Italian lunch and relax for a while.
Transfer to the Vatican and enter the vast expanse of St Peter's Square through Bernini's Colonnade. From there, enjoy an outside view of Christendom's largest church — St Peter's Basilica.
Enjoy some free time for shopping or for sightseeing on your own.
You'll drive along the Tiber River, passing Aventine Hill for a view of the imposing remains of the Imperial Palaces and the Circus Maximus before returning to Civitavecchia.
