You will depart the ship and drive to the summit of Signal Hill, traveling via Kloof Nek. The views from Signal Hill are dramatic, especially at sunset when the 'Mother City' is cast into a magical evening light.
Signal Hill connects Kloof Nek to Lion's Head and rewards visitors with views of Table Mountain, the City, Cape Town Harbour, Table Bay, Robben Island, the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, Cape Town Stadium, and the beachfront suburbs. It is one of only two places in the world where critically-endangered Peninsula Shale Renosterveld vegetation can still be found. Urban growth decimated most of this ecosystem.
Take in the spectacular views while enjoying a glass of sparkling wine and a selection of tasty canapés before returning to the pier. You'll travel past the upmarket Atlantic residential suburbs and the incredible Cape Town Stadium en route.
