We want your journey with Holland America Line to be smooth from start to finish. Below you'll find helpful information about baggage allowances, luggage tags, and what to do if you experience any issues with your luggage during your travels.
Holland America Line accepts baggage that contains personal items intended for your comfort and convenience during your cruise. All luggage should be packed in secure, well-constructed suitcases or trunks that can be locked
If your itinerary includes a land-based component, please note:

Your overnight or flight bag should remain in your possession at all times

Up to US$250 per bag, per guest
Maximum of two bags per guest for cruises 14 days or less
Maximum of three bags per guest for cruises 15 days or longer
For full details, please refer to the baggage section of your Cruise Contract. Additional protection is available through our Standard or Platinum Cancellation Protection Plans.
*Baggage liability cover is not available to residents of Australia or New Zealand.
