Eligible 2nd passenger offer benefits are fulfilled onboard and will not appear in the booking confirmation. Advertised fares are based on available sailing dates included in the Offer communications. Limit: Invited Member may redeem this Offer on one (1) stateroom per cruise and up to a maximum of three (3) cruises. Free Stateroom Terms
Free Stateroom Offer EXCLUDES REQUIRED CRUISE FEES AND EXPENSES AND GOVERNMENT TAXES AND FEES (collectively, “Fees”) (which vary from approximately $110 to $1535 USD/ $160 to $2001 CAD) AND NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT ($100 USD/$130 CAD) PER PERSON. Actual Fee amounts owed by Invited Guest and applicable guests may vary and shall be calculated at the time of booking. Offer can only be booked by Invited Member, who will be responsible for all Fees corresponding to free stateroom as well as any other charges or expenses. For approx. values, please contact a HAL agent or your travel agent. Invited Member will receive the lowest level of stateroom available in the corresponding category, which may include a partial or fully-obstructed view. Category restrictions and exclusions apply. Any upgrades will be at the Invited Guest’s sole expense. Free stateroom may be shared with up to one other guest. Invited Member must be booked and stay in the free room and sail on entire cruise; no name changes permitted. If, for any reason, the Invited Member does not sail but the guest does, guest will be charged the Total Cruise Price. $100 USD/$138 CAD Deposit is per person and non-refundable for the 1st/2nd guests in a stateroom. Such deposit will be returned as a $100 USD Onboard Credit per person (limit $200 per stateroom) once onboard. $100 USD Deposit applies to new bookings only for select cruises booked outside of the final payment date. Balance is due on final payment of the booking. Once inside of final payment, standard refund and cancellation conditions apply. Onboard Credit may not be applied to cruise fare, Required Cruise Fees & Expenses, or Government Taxes & Fees and may be subject to other limitations. Special Fares Terms
Fares are per guest and apply to minimum lead-in categories on a space available basis at time of booking. Fares for other categories may vary. Fares are non-air, cruise- or cruisetour-only, based on double occupancy and apply to the first two guests in a stateroom only. Single guests are responsible for double occupancy booking. All cruise fares are inclusive of Government Taxes and Fees and Required Cruise Fees and Expenses (collectively, the “Fees”). Fees are subject to change and HAL reserves the right to collect any increases in effect at the time of sailing even if the fare has already been paid in full. 3rd/4th/5th guests are responsible for prevailing cruise rates.
Fare Discount (% Off) Offers
Fare Discount (% Off) Offers - Discount taken off applicable Total Cruise Price (which price is inclusive of Required Cruise Fees and Expenses and Government Taxes and Fees). Offer available on select categories and sailings and is based on destination and stateroom category. Discount only applies to first two guests in a stateroom; 3rd/4th/5th guests are responsible for prevailing cruise rates.
Fare Discount ($ Off) Offers
Fare Discount ($ Off) Offers – Discount taken off applicable Cruise Fare, which fare excludes Required Cruise Fees and Expenses and Government Taxes and Fees. Savings amount is offered per person, for first two guests in a stateroom; 3rd/4th/5th guests are responsible for prevailing cruise rates. Savings is displayed upfront in the advertised Cruise Fare and no additional deduction will occur at check out. Guests with single occupancy will receive the single savings amount for the category booked. Offer available on select categories and sailings and is based on destination and stateroom category.
Casino Free Play Terms
Casino Free Play Offer will be issued in U.S. Dollars, in [the amount indicated] as a casino credit (“Credit”) only for the Invited Member, not any guest. Casino Free Play will be automatically uploaded to Invited Member's onboard account ("Player Bank") for Slot Play. Once on board, proceed directly to your favorite slot machine and start using your Free Play credit; for Table Promo Chips, Invited Member must redeem Credit from Casino cashier. All Free Play credit must be used before Invited Member may cash out. Credit must be used on a single booked cruise, is not transferable, and expires at the end of such cruise. Casino machines and table games vary by ship.
Signature Beverage Package Terms
Signature Beverage Package Offer entitles the Invited Member and one guest (assigned to the same stateroom) to HAL’s Signature Beverage Package and has a daily limit of [15] beverages, which includes all beverages priced at US$[11.00] or less as listed on the HAL menu. Guests can pay the difference between limit and beverage amount. Guests must order beverages one at a time and must be 21 years or older for alcoholic beverages. Sharing of any beverage is not permitted. Package excludes beverage purchases made in Signature Shops, Mini Bar and In Room Dining, or beverages on Half Moon Cay. Due to state laws, the beverage package may not be available for several hours, and up to a full day, after embarkation. Beverage management reserves the right to revoke the beverage package if misused and reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, including service of alcoholic beverages to intoxicated guests.
Drinks in Casino Terms
Free Drinks While Playing in the Casino Offer: Complimentary drinks are only available to the Invited Member, while he/she is actively playing in the casino. Offer limited to: a daily limit of [15] beverages, which includes all beverages priced at US$[11.00] or less as listed on the HAL menu. Must be 21 or older to purchase and/or consume alcoholic beverages. Due to state laws, the beverage package may not be available for several hours, and up to a full day, after embarkation.
Special Events Casino Offers Terms
VIP, Ultimate, Ultimate Games, Prestige, Tournaments Casino Offers: Perks and benefits associated to these Casino events (such as commemorative gifts, invitation-only onboard events etc) may be subject to additional terms. Eligible 2nd passenger offer benefits are fulfilled onboard and will not appear in the booking confirmation.
Non-Refundable Deposit ( $100 per person) Terms:
$100 USD Deposit is per person and non-refundable for the 1st/2nd guests in a stateroom. $100 USD Deposit applies to new bookings only for select cruises booked outside of the final payment date. Balance is due on final payment of the booking. Once inside of final payment, standard refund and cancellation conditions apply.
