The ranking is based on a comprehensive survey of 24,000 U.S. consumers, who shared their thoughts on brands across various industries. Respondents rated emotional connection and overall impressions across five key areas: brand love, credibility, reliability, purchase intent, and affinity. In total, more than 359,000 brand evaluations were analyzed.
This recognition shines a spotlight on brands that truly resonate with consumers — and reaffirms the deep, personal connection we strive to build with each guest.
