Ryndam Team Building on Low Ropes Course

The Pinnacle Grill and Image Creator Teams participated in a low ropes course team building activity hosted by the human resources manager earlier this month. The tasks they were asked to do helped them overcome challenges while building trust, communication and team building. The goal was to recognize that even though we are all independents it is only through working with everyone’s strengths that gets the tasks accomplished.
