Holiday Cruise Cocktails With Lindt
Holland America has partnered with Lindt to feature two seasonal cocktails and one non-alcoholic mocha on board any of our ships from now until January.

Winter Star Martini

Ingredients
- 1 oz Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 oz Stoli Vanilla Vodka
- 1 oz Frangelico
- 1 oz Lindt Chocolate Sauce (Bittersweet)
- 0.5 oz Cream
- Garnish: Mini Stroopwafel, Lindt Chocolate Stamp
Instructions
Shake all ingredients with ice until the mixture is frosty. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a mini Stroopwafel and Lindt chocolate.
Pro Tip! Garnish the inside of the glass with chocolate sauce before pouring the cocktail.

Ginger Deckside Punch

Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Benchmark Bourbon
- 0.5 oz Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
- 1 oz Monin Gingerbread Syrup
- 2 oz Cream
- 1 oz Lindt Chocolate Sauce (Bittersweet)
- Garnish: Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Biscotti, Chocolate Roll Stick
Instructions
Shake all ingredients with ice until the mixture is frosty. Strain into a rock glass over fresh ice and sprinkle the top with a pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg. Garnish with a biscotti and chocolate roll stick for extra sweetness.
Pro Tip! Rim the glass with the chocolate sauce and then roll the rim in crushed Oreo crumbs.
Holiday Harbor Mocha (Non-Alcoholic)

Ingredients
- 2 oz Espresso
- 1 oz Lindt Chocolate Sauce (Bitter-Sweet)
- 6 oz Steamed Milk
- 0.5 oz Peppermint Monin Syrup
- Garnish: Whipped Cream, Mint Sprig, Lindt Chocolate Stamp
Instructions
Stir espresso, chocolate sauce, and peppermint syrup together. Add steamed milk and top with whipped cream. Garnish the drink with mint sprig and Lindt chocolate.
Pro tip! Rim the glass with white chocolate sauce and then roll the rim in rainbow sprinkles.
