Airport to Pier Transfer:
Schiphol Amsterdam Airport to Amsterdam Terminal Transfer: After completing your landing formalities and claiming your luggage, a representative from SMS International Shore Operations will meet you after you exit the Customs/baggage claim area for your transfer to the ship. Our representatives can be recognized by their Holland America Line coat and sign they will be holding. If you miss them, kindly go to the airport meeting point on Schiphol Plaza, signs show the way and wait there until a representative arrives. Representatives will be available on ship days starting at 8:00AM. Guests must meet with a representative NO later than 1:30 pm to leave enough time for the transfer to the pier and embark before ships scheduled departure time.
Wheelchair assistance at Schiphol Airport is provided up to the luggage carousels only. Kindly arrange it here www.schiphol.nl/en/assistance/ . From there, it is approximately an 8-minute walk to reach the transfer area. Luggage trolleys are available to help make this walk more comfortable.
