Exclusive promotion for Alaska guests available for San Diego cruises to Mexico, Hawaii, Panama Canal and the Pacific Coast through April 2022
Seattle, Wash., Jan. 20, 2022 — Holland America Line is enticing Alaska residents to leave the winter chill behind and head to warmer weather by offering a promotion that provides $100 per person in onboard spending money and kids cruise free on cruises from San Diego, California.
The exclusive offer for guests who live in Alaska runs through Feb. 28, 2022, and is available on select Mexico, Hawaii, Panama Canal and Pacific Coast cruises that depart through April 2022.
“Our West Coast cruises from San Diego are easy to access for Alaskans, especially Alaska Airlines Club 49 members,” said Dan Rough, Holland America Line’s vice president of revenue management and Alaska Travel Industry Association board member. “From the convenient homeport, our premium ships cruise to an incredible variety of warm-water destinations, offering the perfect getaway. And with kids cruising free, that dream family vacation for winter or spring break just became all the more affordable.”
All of the itineraries in the promotion begin, end or sail roundtrip from San Diego, making it affordable and convenient for Alaska residents to head to the Golden State for departure. A variety of cruises are eligible aboard Eurodam, Koningsdam, Nieuw Amsterdam and Zuiderdam — from a seven-day getaway to Mexico or along the California Coast up to a 14-day Panama Canal transit or 35-day Hawaii, Tahiti and Marquesas voyage.
The $100 per person onboard spending money for the first and second guests in a stateroom can be put toward a variety of experiences and amenities, including specialty dining, spa treatments, shore excursions, beverages, photographs, souvenirs and more.
A family vacation is more affordable for Alaska residents when kids cruise free, valid for guests ages 17 and under traveling as the third and fourth guests in a stateroom.
