Answer: New credit card compliance and processing rules were adopted by the Company in August 2024. As a result of these new compliance requirements, we are unable to refund a balance to a card that has not been charged for an amount equal to or greater than the refund amount.
However, we established a new refund process that will allow you to receive any refunds due in a faster, safer, and more compliant manner. Should you end your voyage with a refundable credit on your shipboard account, you will receive an email that contains the procedures to receive this refund.
