Answer: Specialty dining refers to the table service restaurant dining options onboard our cruise ships, not including the main Dining Room venue. Some specialty dining venues vary from ship-to-ship. The restaurant menus are subject to supplemental charges. These include:

• Canaletto (all ships) – Dinner only
• Pinnacle Grill (all ships) – Dinner and Lunch
• Tamarind (Eurodam, Nieuw Amsterdam, Koningsdam, Nieuw Statendam, Rotterdam) – Dinner only
• Morimoto by Sea and Morimoto by Sea Pop-Up (all ships) – Dinner only
• Rudi’s Sel de Mer (Koningsdam, Nieuw Statendam, Rotterdam) – Dinner only
• Additional Pop-Up Dinners such as Cellar Master’s Dinner, Holiday Brunches & Dinners, etc.
